Movable sound-proof partition wall PMI ANAUNIA®, model A360 acoustic isolation Rw = 36 dB - model A400 acoustic isolation Rw = 40 dB - model A430 acoustic isolation Rw = 43 dB - model A460 acoustic isolation Rw = 46 dB - model A490 acoustic isolation Rw = 49 dB (laboratory acoustic isolation value in accordance with regulation DIN 52210 in frequency band 100 Hz - 3150 Hz). The wall is composed of independent panels, suspended via sliding rails with 40mm Ø minimum ball bearings, from a ceiling rail in anodised aluminium measuring 121mm x 88mm with support lug nuts for smooth false ceiling below the rail. The total width of the wall is 106mm. The adjustment system of the single panels is independent of the track support pivot, allowing the panels to always be well-aligned without creating vertical or horizontal disparities. The panels are supportive structures made with steel profile mechanically joined to the aluminium vertical profile. The supporting frame not only has a structural function, but the kinematics applied to it also enable the telescopic top and bottom panel edges to be released. Each of these elements, manufactured with aluminium profile and internal full section insulation, operate on two double labyrinth seals. A spring is inserted into the panels to avoid damaging them should the structure yield and to regulate the pressure of the force applied. The kinematics of the panel are put into action by inserting the handle into the back of the panel. The kinematics applied to the last panel permit not only the release of the top and bottom sealing edges, but also the telescopic expansion of the lateral component of compensation and closure of the partition, which acts once contact is made between the panel and the wall. The internal part of the panel exerts a push without increasing the panel width beyond 106mm. The vertical rabbets of the panels are made with round-section natural colour anodised aluminium edging, which once fitted into the buffering panel, becomes hidden.
Double rubber seals with a double chamber section are inserted in these profiles and also the edging of the top and bottom of the panel. Sound-insulation material is inserted inside the panel, that is, high-density resinate mineral wool, and microcellular neoprene is used in the buffering panel. The buffering panels are built in E1 class chipboard (low formaldehyde emission), with 16mm width, (class 1 fireproof on request), and vertical milling along the height into which the vertical edging fits. The surface finish is requested by the client: unfinished, in melamine, laminated, in veneer, wood, material and so on. Doors to be used for access must have leaves held by at least 3 high-resistance self-concealing pivots. The width of the door never exceeds that of the wall. The leaf handle is in natural colour aluminium with self-concealing containing part in black aluminium. |
